La creación de la Oficina de Informaciones, Reclamos y Sugerencias de la CORPORACION DE ASISTENCIA JUDICIAL, responde a la solicitud señalada en el decreto 680 del 21 de septiembre de 1990, del Ministerio del Interior, publicado en el DIARIO OFICIAL con fecha 16 de octubre de ese mismo año.
Estas oficinas deben facilitar la atención de toda persona que realice gestiones en las entidades públicas, ya sea en el ejercicio de sus derechos o en el cumplimiento de sus deberes garantizando la oportunidad de acceso y sin discriminación.
El objetivo de esta oficina es entregar atención profesional y especializada a los usuarios de la Corporación de Asistencia Judicial R.M., por lo que cuenta con un equipo de profesionales altamente calificados, integrados por técnicos jurídicos y sociales, asistentes sociales y abogados, quienes tienen las siguientes funciones:
-Orientar y responder a los requerimientos de los usuarios en distintas materias jurídicas que tramita la Corporación, tales como Familia, Laboral, Civil y Penal.
-Informar a los usuarios, según corresponda, del lugar donde pueden acudir para recibir los servicios institucionales, según sea el domicilio del consultante.
-Ingresar, tramitar y resolver los reclamos interpuestos por los usuarios de la Caj R.M, independiente del centro de atención que tramite su causa.
